Matcha tea is extremely easy to prepare. Simply add a serving of approximately 1-2 grams to a mug, add hot water and mix until the matcha has dissolved. This process can prove even easier with our traditional stocked Japanese scoops and bamboo whisks.
High levels of L-theanine present in matcha tea means that it promotes heightened levels of focus and clarity, whilst also aiding with calmness and relaxation. This is partly due to L-theanines unique quality to inhibit negative effects associated with caffeine such as ‘jitters’.
